Task Management Template via Trello

Our family uses Trello (a free project management tool) to track tasks in our household. This customizable Trello template (or “board” as Trello calls it) lets you know what task is assigned to who, has a place to dump documents everyone needs to see, and even has a spot to jot down items to discuss the next time you have a sit down meeting with your nanny or partner. When it comes to concerns for the entire family, it saves so much time and confusion to have a digital location (like Trello) where everyone can see what everyone else is doing, versus individual to-do lists.
